AuSable River
Fishing on the AuSable River whether it be shore fishing, driftboat fishing or off the pierhead in Oscoda has been excellent for Steelhead and also a few Walleye. Anglers are using waxworms and spawn for bait.

Foote & Cooke Dam Ponds
Fishing at Cooke and Foote pond are bringing in a few panfish,using waxworms and wigglers for bait.

Lake Huron
Starting to see more and more boats out on the big lake, a few steelhead are being caught at the river mouth here in Oscoda along with Walleye. Anglers are using waxworms and worms. Good- Luck and Good Fishing!!

Van Etten Lake/ Cedar Lake
Fishing out on Van Ettan & Cedar Lake are catching pan fish, a few boats are back in the water. We should be seeing more over the next few weeks with the warmer temps heading our way. Don't forget Walleye and Pike season are now open on the inland lakes..
